Rhetoric!, an intellectually inspiring, socially inviting, monthly political-reception is hosted in urban lounges in various cities.
The event was created out of the expressed desires of our peers to have their elected officials accessible and available to hear their recommendations for current issues plaguing government and society. Our attendees support campaigns throughout elections and fundraising events but also want an opportunity outside of the campaign and the fundraisers to communicate with their local politicians; hence, keeping ourselves civically responsible and our elected officials accountable to those who support them.
The Elected Officials Roll Call will occur at 9PM and Political Candidate Roll Call at 9:05PM. At this time we will make a formal welcome and call up each elected official, candidate, or staff.
